Since successfully passing the Civil Engineering Board Exam in May 2022, I, John Mark Santiago have dedicated myself to pursuing a career in the construction and real estate sectors. My professional journey began with focusing on residential and commercial building designs, offering expert construction supervision, and providing reliable services for building permit processing. My primary areas of work have been Baguio City and La Trinidad, Benguet, where I have built a solid reputation by ensuring high-quality standards for all the projects I have been involved in.

My diverse skill set in civil engineering has given me a comprehensive understanding of structural design, materials, and project management. I have worked closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their exact requirements, on time, and within budget. Whether it’s designing new residential homes, commercial spaces, or overseeing the construction of major infrastructure, I bring a hands-on approach to ensure the success of each project.

In September 2023, I expanded my professional qualifications by becoming an accredited Real Estate Salesperson under the guidance of Lilymae M. Bestre. This accreditation enabled me to broaden my expertise into the real estate market, where I now specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties around Baguio City and Benguet. I assist clients in listing properties for sale, offering expert advice, and facilitating the preparation and processing of necessary documentation for land titling and tax declaration.

As of now, I hold the position of Property Director, where I oversee and manage the full range of property services for my clients. This includes handling property acquisitions, development projects, leasing, property management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. My role involves a comprehensive approach to property management, ensuring that each client’s investment is well-maintained and positioned for growth.

Through my experience and accreditation, I have gained the expertise to not only manage the technical aspects of building and development projects but also navigate the legal and business side of real estate, offering a full-service approach to property investment. I am committed to continuing to grow my knowledge and expand the services I provide, always prioritizing my clients' needs and long-term goals.
